NOTICE TO BIRD BOARDING CLIENTS!
Drop off and pick up of birds during business hours:
We accept birds with reservations for boarding at any time during
regular business hours. For reservations, call anytime during our
business hours.
Drop-off and pick-up of boarding birds on days that we are closed:
Pick-up and drop-off of birds for boarding is 9:00am on days we are closed.
Make reservations by phone during regular business hours, If possible,
to ensure your appointment for boarding is made.
When you arrive to drop off or pickup your birds....RING THE BELL!
ADDITIONAL BOARDING RULES
On days we are open (see at top of page) we accept drop off and pickup of your bird(s) during business hours only!
On days we are closed, pick up and drop off of your bird(s) is 9:00am.
Reservations are required at least 4 days in advance. We can no longer accept last minute Dropoffs except for death or illness in the family (no cheating.) If you need to extend a stay, you must call at least one day before your reservation expires with a new specific pickup date.
A $25.00 fee will be assessed for deviations of these rules
Any boardings going beyond 30 days must be paid for monthly.
Grooming will still be walk-in on days we are opened, but you are
encouraged to call first.
These changes will take effect on September 1st, 2026
